Veg Fried Rice

Ingredients: 1 Cup boiled rice - prefer basmati rice 1 tsp garlic finely chopped 1 tsp ginger finely chopped 1 tsp green chilli finely chopped 1/4 tsp pepper powder 1/4 th cup carrots finely chopped 1/4 th cup capsicum Finely chopped 1/4 th cup beans Half onion finely chopped 1/4 th cup green peas 1&1/2 tsp Soya sauce Salt Method: Heat oil in pan, add garlic, ginger and green chilli, saute it. Add all vegetables , mix it and cook it for 2 minutes. Do not over cook the vegetables. Add boiled rice, soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder and some salt.  Toss and mix it will. Your veg fried rice is ready. While serving ganish it with fresh spring onion, Enjoy!! Note: You can add soya sauce and vinegar first in the veggies, mix it well and then add rice. You can also add red pepper and yellow pepper or baby corn in it.
