Oreo Chocolate Dessert



Ingredients:

1 cup- Milk
2 tsp- Cornflour
1 tbsp- Sugar
A pinch of salt
7-8 pieces- Oreo biscuits (or any other chocolate biscuits)
1 tsp- Coffee
3 tbsp- Water
Some pieces of chocolate

Method:

Heat the milk on medium flame.
Once it gets hot, take 2 tbsp of milk from it in a bowl and add cornflour to it.
Stir it well so that no lumps are formed and keep it aside.
Dilute the coffee powder with water and add it to the milk.
Also add sugar, salt and the diluted cornflour to it.
Stir it continuously.


Make sure that lumps should not form.
Stir well till the mixture gets thick.
Remove this from heat.
Add chocolate pieces to the mixture while it is hot.


Stir it till the chocolate melts completely.
The colour of the mixture darkens.


Now let this cool down.
Till then, remove the cream from the biscuits and then crush the biscuits well.


Take a glass and add a layer of crushed biscuits at the base.
Above it, add a layer of the chocolate mixture.
Make alternate layers of the mixture and the crushed biscuits.
Now keep this in refrigerator for 2-3 hours so it sets well.
After 2-3 hours remove it from refrigerator and sprinkle some more crushed biscuits at the top.


Your dessert is ready!
