Chatpati Kurkuri Bhindi




Ingredients:

Bhindi/Okra
4 tsp- Besan
2 tsp- Rice flour
Carrom seeds
Coriander Powder
Red chilli powder
Garam masala
Chaat Masala
Mango Powder/Lemon Juice
Salt
Oil


Method:

Wash the bhindi and let it dry.
Cut the bhindi in 4 slices vertically and remove it's seeds.

In a bowl take half quantity besan, carrom seeds, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, amchoor powder and salt, mix it well.
Now add bhindi in it and mix, this is our dry coating.
Add remaining half Besan and Rice flour and mix it, make sure bhindi is well coated.
Add a very little water if required.

Heat a oil in pan to deep fry our bhindi.
Fry the bhindi till it turns crispy golden borwn.

Remove the fried bhindi absorbent paper.
Take it in the bowl sprinkle chaat masala on it and mix it. If you want yo can sprinkle some red chilli powder as well. Garnish it with coriander and Enjoy !


Note:
If you don't have Mango powder, you can add lemon juice as well. It will give tangy taste to our bhindi.
If you want to serve it later to your guest, then do all the preparation and while frying the bhindi remove half fried on the absorbent paper and keep it aside. You can fry it again fully when you want to serve the bhindi.
