1 tsp- Grated ginger(Optional)
Coriander leaves
1/4 tsp- Mix herbs
1/4 tsp- Chilli flakes

Method:

In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, all purpose flour, semolina, salt, sugar, baking powder and oil.
Add water to it and kneed it well into dough.

The dough should be quiet soft.
Apply oil on the upper surface of the dough.
Cover it and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Take grated garlic and ginger in a bowl.
Add salted butter, coriander leaves, mix herbs, chilli flakes to it and mix this well.
Heat it a bit so that the butter melts.

Make small balls of the dough.
Dust some all purpose flour on the rolling surface, keeping the dough on it, roll it into a thin and large roti.
Apply the mixture of butter on the surface of the roti.

Apply it in a good quantity for better taste.
Now fold roti in zig zag folds.

Folding it this way gives nice layers to the parathas.
Turn this into circle.

Roll this circle by adding all purpose flour on the rolling surface.
Make sure that you don't apply excess of pressure while rolling, the layers may disappear.
Heat a pan and apply some butter on it.
Place the paratha on the pan.

On the upper surface apply some more mixture of garlic and butter.
Cook the paratha from both the sides.
Transfer the paratha in a plate.
