Peanut Chutney


Ingredients:

1 cup- Roasted Peanuts
2- Red chilli
Salt
Curry leaves
Cumin seeds
Asafoetida
1-2 Green chilli ( As per your taste)

Method:

Take Peanuts, red kashmiri chilli and salt in a mixing jar.

Grind it , then add water and grind it nicely.

Take this paste in a bowl.

Heat up a oil in tadka pan.
Add cumin seeds, Curry leaves, green chilli, asafoetida.

Add this tadka in our mixture, mix it well.
Taste the chutney, if required add salt. Enjoy!!
