Palak Chaat




Ingredients:

Spinach leaves
1 cup gram flour/Besan
2 tsp rice flour
Carrom seeds
Red chilli powder
Chat masala
Salt
Nylon sev
Masala peanuts (Optional)
Pomegranate seeds
Sugar
Curd
2 potatoes boiled
Chopped coriander
Finely chopped small onion
Oil


Method:
Clean and wash the spinach leaves nicely.Keep it aside.
Get boiled potatoes, mash it add finely chopped onion, red chilli powder or finely chopped green chillies, coriander,chaat masala, salt and mix it well. Keep this mixture aside.
In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, carrom seeds, mix it well.
Add water, mix and make the batter of flowing consistency.
In one bowl get curd and add sugar, mix it well.

In a pan, add hoil and heat it for frying.
Deep the spinach leave in batter and coat it properly.
Deep fry the spinach leaves till it becomes crispy and remove it on tissue.


Get the leaves on serving plate, put potato mixture, add sweet curd, green chutney, chaat masala.
Garnish it with nylon sev, chopped coriander, pomegranate seeds and masala peanuts.
Serve your palak chat, enjoy !
