Moong Dal ka Chilla

Ingredients

1 Cup Moong dal Soaked
1 Onion finely chopped
1 inch ginger
2-3 green chilli
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
Grated carrots (Optional)
Coriander leaves
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Salt

Ingredients:

Soak the moong dal atleast for 5 hours or overnight.
Add wash the soaked moong in mixing jar.
Add green chilli, ginger, little water and salt. Grind it to make smooth mixture.
Take it out in bowl. Add turmeric, cumin seeds, onion and mix it well. If you want you can add grated carrots and other veggies as well in this batter.
Batter should not be too thick ,it should be of pouring consistency. If required add some water and mix everything nicely.
Heat a pan, spread the batter in round shape like Uttapam or dosa.
Cook it and once you see small bubbles on the surface, drizzle some oil on top and sides. Flip it, cook it from other side as well. 
Once both the sides are nicely Cooked , put it on plate.
Follow the same process to make more chilla.
Enjoy it with some chutney.

You can make some mix salad stuffing or panner bhurji/stuffing and keep it on the chilla in center. Make the roll and enjoy your roll.
