Methi Paratha


Ingredients:

1 Cup Methi finely chopped
2 Cups wheat flour
1 tsp besan 
1 tsp green chilli , ginger and garlic paste or chopped green chilli and crushed garlic and ginger
Pinch of Ajwain/carrom seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Red chilli Powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt 
Oil
Ghee
Water

Method:

Get the flour in bowl, add besan, Ajwain, red chilli powder, turmeric,salt, coriander powder, chilli,ginger and garlic.Mix it well.
Add finely chopped methi in this, mix everything.

Add a water and knead the dough. 
Add little oil and knead the dough again.

Once you knead the dough nicely, spread little oil on it so it will not get dry.
Cover it and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Take the dough, knead it again and make small balls or portion of the dough.
Get one ball and roll it, don't roll it too thick or thin.

Heat a pan to roast the paratha. 
Put the paratha pan, roast the both side of the paratha properly.

Add ghee on one side flip the paratha and add ghee on other side as well and roast it.
Once done, take the paratha into a dish.

Your delicious methi paratha is ready
Enjoy it with ketchup or chutney or curd.

Note:
While making the dough you can also add 1/4th Cup Curd.
Using same ingredients you can make methi laccha paratha. Just roll the dough in laccha paratha style.
