Tamarind Chutney



Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cup- Tamarind
1 & 1/2 cup- Jaggery
300 ml- Water
1/2 cup- Date palm(optional)
1/2 tsp- Reded chilli powder
1/4 tsp- Cumin seeds
1 tsp- Ghee
Salt as per taste
Method:
Take hot water and add tamarind, jaggery, date palm to it.
Let this soak for 2-3 hours.
Squeeze out all the pulp from it and strain out using strainer.
Heat ghee in a small pan and add red chilli powder and cumin seeds to it.
Pour this in the pulp and add salt. Mix it well.
Tamarind chutney is ready.
