Mango Custard


Ingredients:

Half ltr Milk
2 tsp Custard Powder
Half Cup Sugar
2 Mango's peeled and chopped
Pistachio sliced
Almonds sliced



Method 1:

Take milk in a pan and boil it. Keep steering, do not burn it.
In a bowl, take custard powder and add half cup milk. Mix it well to make smooth without any lumps.
Add this custard mixture in the boiled milk, while adding keep stirring so the lumps of custard will not form.
Add sugar and keep cooking till it gets thick and creamy.
Take it off and keep aside to cool down.
Take the mango in mixing jar and grind it.

Once custard cools down,add mango puree/pulp. Mix it well.
Add fruits, dry fruits and cardamom powder, mix everything nicely.
Keep in refrigerator.
Before serving garnish it with more dry fruits and some chopped mango.


Method 2:

Get the cooled custard and mango puree.
Add sliced dry fruits and fruits in custard mixture.
In a glass first add layer of custard then mango puree layer again custard then mango puree or pulp.
Garnish it with dry fruits and chopped mango pieces.
Enjoy!!

Note:
You can add some vanilla essence as well.
Along with mango pieces you can add other fruits also like grapes , pomogranate.
