Egg roll

Ingredients:

4 Eggs
1 cup wheat flour  and 1/2 cup Maida or you can use chapati/roti directly.
Grated cheese
Tomato ketchup
Mayonnaise
Chilli sauce (Optional as per your taste)
Chopped coriander
Onion
Capsicum
Red bell paper ( Optional)
Yellow bell paper (Optional)
Black paper powder
Chat masala
Oil
Salt

Method:

Dough:

Get the wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, little oil, mix it.
Add water and knead it into the dough.
Cover the dough and keep it aside for around 15 minutes.
Chop the onion and capsicum, in the long strips.
After 15 minutes, knead the dough again.
Make small balls of the dough to make chapati or paratha.
Take one ball and roll it into big chapati/roti. Don't make it too thick or thin.
Heat a pan, once it is hot enough place roti on pan.
Flip the chapati after few seconds and cook the other side as well then apply the oil on both sides and cook it. Take it out once it is cooked.
Repeat the same process to cook remaining chapati/paratha.
Take two eggs in the bowl, add salt and whisk it nicely.
Heat a pan, add oil/butter in it and spread.
Put your whisked eggs in the Pan and cook it on medium flame.
Once it's base is set or cooked, put chapati or paratha on top of it and let it cook on low flame.
Take out it in the plate and repeat the same process for other paratha as well.
In the Pan add butter, chopped onion and capsicum, little black paper powder. Cook it on medium flame for about half minute and turn off the gas. Don't over cook it.
Take our paratha and spread mayonnaise on it then tomato ketchup and green chutney. You can also use chilli sauce, its totally optional.
Put onion and capsicum in the middle of the paratha/chapati.
Sprinkle some chat masala, salt and chopped coriander on it.
Lastly add grated cheese on it.

Then fold it from both sides.
Follow the same process for the other paratha/chapati as well.
You can serve this egg roll with tomato ketchup and chutney.
Enjoy your egg roll with some juice or nice coffee/tea.

Note:
To make it healthy you can use only wheat flour instead of maida.
Don't use capsicum a lot else it will over power the taste of the egg and other elements.
